GENERAL
✧ By requesting a commission, you are thereby agreeing to all terms of service listed below.
✧ I may decline the commission if it is out of scope for me.
✧ Extra charges may be included depending on the nature of the request.
✧ Use of artwork commissioned from me as a NFT or for AI purposes is not permitted.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧ Delivery of artworks may be anywhere within 1-3 months of receiving the payment unless otherwise specified.
✧ Rush deadlines can be negotiated at an additional cost.REVISIONS
✧ All commission types have minimum one round of revisions following the drafting stage unless otherwise specified.
✧ In the event that more or less revisions are provided for the specific type of request, further details will be provided.
✧ Please keep in mind that I will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction outside of these agreements.REFUNDS
✧ Refunds will not be approved once the commission has been paid for, please consider carefully before requesting a commission.
✧ If I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed upon timeframe and progress has not been shared, a refund can be arranged.USE
✧ All listed prices are for personal use. This is inclusive of social media display or posting, personal distribution, etc.
✧ Additional fees will apply for commercial use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✧ I own the rights to all created artworks.
✧ Redistribution where agreed upon is only permitted by myself and the client.COMMUNICATION
